Honestly speaking I’ve heard some good and a lot of bad about Pure Property Management but I’m the type of person who has to see on their own and I must say I am VERY HAPPY I did. From the start of applying which I believe was less than two weeks ago everything has been GREAT. The communications, the prompt responses, I’m very pleased. Nash is who assisted me through the application process and she was awesome made me feel at ease with no worries. She’s very informative and made sure she checked in with me every time she emailed me which I appreciate because I’m never paying attention to my email. Even though she emailed me she also followed up with a txt informing me she emailed me and I love that THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN… 10 out of 10 highly recommend. And I hope Nash is the one who assists whoever is applying in the future LOL The email doesn’t display my actual name but it’s Kendra White :)

It’s been about 8 months since I moved into my home. I just want to give a big shout out to my property manager Kaitlyn! She has been nothing but perfect and awesome to work with. She has been there for anything that I have needed since day one. She made the move in process so easy and stress free. One thing that stands out is her ability to communicate in a Timely fashion with answers to questions that I may have. 5 stars across the board! Thank you again for everything!
